Havoc on the battlefield In the newly revamped Empire Mode, experience the war as an all-powerful lord or as an officer rising through the ranks. Pledge your allegiance or become a rogue warrior. Defend your empire from invaders or wander the land. Have up to 6 characters as your subordinate officers. As a lord, initiate policies that will expand your influence and power. An easy-to-learn “card collecting” system lets you enact policies that will increase the strength of your empire, improve the abilities of your men, and more. Your cards will depend on the attributes of the officers and their army. Enlist more officers to earn more cards. Create your own warrior with an extensive character editing system. Customize your warrior with vivid detail including: gender, facial features, voice, clothing, weapon and more. Meet characters on the field and become allies. Defeat bandits and wild beasts to upgrade your character. Use ledges and waterways to sneak into enemy bases and launch surprise attacks on unsuspecting units, then infiltrate and capture supply rooms to change the flow of battle.
